Jeffrey J. Diercks, Founder and Managing Director

Jeff Diercks is the Founder and Managing Director of InTrust Advisors. His primary focus is assisting our clients in achieving their dreams using the firm's unique adaptive investment and planning process.

Mr. Diercks has worked with discretionary and non-discretionary investment accounts for over a decade, while overseeing all aspects of InTrust's investment process. Additionally, he has over twenty years of experience working with wealthy individuals and families in both business and financial consulting roles. He is frequently quoted by the financial press on topics ranging from hedge funds strategies to the state of the stock market.

Mr Diercks was previously the Chief Operating Officer of a family office, and was personally responsible for managing over $150 million in assets. The family, developers of a successful casual style restaurant chain, relied heavily on Mr. Diercks' expertise in all aspects of their wealth planning.

Previous to that, Mr. Diercks was Managing Director of Tunstall Consulting, Inc., a regional investment banking firm providing strategic business planning, merger and acquisition, management advisory and business financial services. While at Tunstall, Mr. Diercks helped his clients raise over $150 million in institutional financing.

Prior to joining Tunstall, Mr. Diercks was a Senior Supervisor with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he oversaw audit and tax engagements, in addition to consulting engagements related to mergers and acquisitions. He received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and is an Indiana Certified Public Accountant.

He is on the board of directors of 4KIDS of Tampa, Inc., a faith-based foster care initiative in the Tampa Bay area, as well as serving on the board of Crossing Cultures International, a ministry equipping national leaders with comprehensive training for effective pastoral ministry, church planting efforts and cross cultural missions to proclaim Christ throughout the world.

He is married and has two adopted daughters from China.  He enjoys cycling, kayaking, hiking and the art of making pizzas.  He is a Christ Follower and is active in his church.

Wayne Corbitt, Managing Director

Wayne Corbitt is a Managing Director at InTrust Advisors.  His primary focus at InTrust is developing investment ideas and market strategies, while serving as a portfolio manager when circumstances dictate.

Mr. Corbitt is also an accomplished author and newsletter writer.   He just recently completed work on his first book, All About Candlestick Charting.  This book is now available on amazon.com.

A computer programmer for over 25 years, Mr. Corbitt has specialized in the financial services industry since then.  He has vast experience working with both a smaller, emerging hedge fund and several full service financial firms.

He was previously investment strategist at Trademark Capital Management where he co-managed $60 million in client assets.  Mr. Corbitt also developed, and implemented investment and market overlay systems that consistently outperformed the broader markets, while reducing overall portfolio risk.  Other areas of responsibility included research and due diligence centered on that firm’s investment themes.

Prior to that, he was the director of research for the I2 hedge fund in Scottsdale, Arizona.  While with I2, he developed an investment model for the Real Estate Equity Investment Trust sector (or REITs) that generated signals based on relative strength and interest rate trend changes.  He also developed a number of complimentary trading systems that, when paired with higher level investment models, enhanced returns and reduced overall risk.

Prior to working with I2, Mr. Corbitt was a research associate/programmer for Flexible Plan Investments, automating trading systems used by Flexible Plan’s money managers.  He was also involved in developing of new trading strategies and tactics that were later implemented by the money managers.

Mr. Corbitt has a degree from Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan.  He is a Chartered Market Technician, as well as a member of the Market Technicians Association.   Married with four children,  he enjoys football, hockey, softball, bowling, and spending time with his family.   He is a Christ Follower and is active in his church.
