FAMILY OFFICE SERVICES
"Money is like water: Too little creates a desert, too much a flood. Only in the right proportions does it give life." ― Judith Green
Our Family Office Services
We offer Family Office Services to select clients who need more help in managing the complexity of their financial lives. Unlike our competitors in this space, our services are custom tailored to your specific needs. There are no minimum asset sizes for us to work with a client nor minimum financial commitment as long as the work is consistent in nature.
We have clients who utilize us for all their financial needs and clients who we just assist with specific aspects of their financial lives. All our family office services are based on a flat-fee monthly retainer that is reviewed and adjusted periodically as needed. We do NOT have to manage any investment assets to work with a family office client.
The most common example of a family office services client is the family business owner who sells his or her stake in the business only to learn they now have liquidity for the first time in their life. They are looking for a trusted adviser to guide them in the process of developing & refining their pre and post sale goals, as well as, implementing those objectives. They typically do not have the $100 million plus in assets required to form their own single family office and are looking to work with a boutique adviser who has experience working with a number of different affluent families like theirs.
We also find that many times that same business owner had a staff person(s) within the business to perform certain administrative tasks for the owner that we now assume for them as part of this relationship.

This list is by no means all inclusive and is driven by the underlying clients goals and needs. A more exhaustive list of typical family office services can be found of the Family Office Exchange website.
Family office services are billed based on an agreed upon retainer arrangement that may be cancelled by either party on 60 days written notice.
